To buy, or not to buy? Thanks for any input

Hi guys, new to the site.
Had a question, Im looking at an '08 xb12r at a dealer.
It has been dropped but is not too big of an issue for me. It does however have an oil issue. I wouldnt call it a leak, more like a seepage if that makes sense.

I was wondering what your guys' opinion is; Buy or No Buy?

Asking price= I have them talked to $4300 at the moment
I will post pics of it that I took as well, but are oil leaks common?
I heard they hard the oil issue taken care of for '05 models and on.

most oil leaks are simple fixes.trans vent,shift shaft seal push rod tube bolt.but they also leak from the rocker box wich requires engine rotation.

Dropped as in knocked over or dropped while riding? Does it have frame pucks?
How many miles?
Seems they have a tendency to leak from the rocker box area, fortunately I haven't had any seepage yet ~9.5k but as I see it...its still a HD motor...its gonna leak lol

Make the dealer fix it. I can't believe they are trying to sell it that way.

It has 8702 miles
It was tipped over, very mild
Bar end, clutch handle, the ram air intake I think? the frame puck is unscathed though(are those replaceable, I imagine so?)this is all on riders left if it makes a diff.

Alright, the first pic is the bike
The red arrow is where the 2nd pic was taken if you cant tell
Its hard to tell, but the darker shade is oil; Just looks like oil, at a slow pace has started to seep out, it just seems rediculous to me that a bike w/ 8700k miles would have this issue
