To sell or to fix? ECM reading is beyond my capability

Hey all, first post here, so I'll try to make it short since I'm begging for help.

Fuel won't prime and inconsistent power to dash

Replaced fuel pump.
Checked grounds, traced all wiring.
Had a friend of a friend of a friend lend an ECU, bank sensor, and gauge cluster.
Still nothing, no priming, no spark.

After putting $900 of money into my truck THIS week, THEN having the engine blow, I'm at the point where I need to sell the bike and truck, even though I don't necessarily want to.

I'm located by Sandy Hook Beach in NJ, if anybody could lend a hand who is computer savvy, or any advice, that would be greatly appreciated.

Offers are also considered.

1999 X1
4,004 miles
Vance and Hines exhaust
Race ECM
Streetfighter bars
Integrated Motodynamic taillight and front turn signals
RSC clutch lever
ASV brake lever
New battery

Did you check all fuses and relays? Cheaper to replace fuses and relays.

Yep replaced relays and checked fuses...
