Torque settings

I'm replacing my tires before the riding season and need the torque settings on the front and rear Axel. Any suggestions?

From the manual:

front axle 40 ft/lbs,
rear axle (initial) 25 ft/lbs,
rear axle (final) 50 ft/lbs

Don't forget pinch bolts and caliper mounting bolts

front axle pinch bolts 20-22 ft-lbs
rear axle pinch bolt 40-45 ft-lbs
caliper mounting fasteners front 35-37 ft-lbs

after you torque rear axle to initial values you are supposed to back off 2 full turns then retorque to final. thats what is meant by the initial and final values that poinographer posted.
