sorry for asking this question i know it was answered some where in here but i cannot find it i have an 08 xb12r and pute a D&D and a K&N and i just bought an airbox delete kit and would like to know how to reset the tps thanks

The procedures are definately in the ECMSPY tuning guide. Open ECMSPY, go to Help, tuning guide. I went ahead and saved a copy to my desktop and printed those applicable pages.

I believe on the 2008 thru 2010
turn key to run
wait for check engine to go out
WOT hold for one second
close throttle for one second
WOT hold for one second
close throttle for one second
WOT hold for one second
close throttle for one second
cycle key off then on.
presto all done!!!!
Note I have found out to do this on already hot motor.
tps reset on a cold motor and you may have a hard time to start or rpms will go all over the place.Best to be close to closed loop operation. then ride like the wind run thru the gears go for a long ride where you can use the gears and rpms. the ecm will/should relearn . good luck

On the 07 and prior bikes you need a meter OR a laptop is best to check your results.Theres a DIY video I believe on this forum so you can visually see the work being preformed. You Tube as well under Buell DIY videos OR something may have that as well. The 08+ Buells Have the Delphi-3 and have a key Turn Method. The TPS Method/on 08+ is)1- Set run/stop switch to run.2-Turn Key(ign.)to on.With Engine OFF, Rotate the Throttle grip to fully open hold ONE second then fully(slightly)firm closed position 3 times. Then turn off the Keyswitch only.Turn key right back on.let the Engine(injectors)light go off .Start the Bike, let it idle for 30 seconds.IF using a Laptop on the newer 08+ bikes the TPS reading should be around 3.7 TO 4.2 degrees.*Jimi
