Trans. swap ?

Will the improved 06 trans. go into an 04 bike?

nope not unless your interested in spending 5-600 at a machine shop

they have larger diameters. plus you need to shim it. i just researced this when i had my motor apart.
in hind sight. if your the type who likes to replace absolutely everything when your in there minus crank, shafts and transmission (gaskets bearings piston stuff)
its cheaper to just buy a used 06 motor
