Turn signals flash fast

Switched to led in-the-mirror turn signals in front on my 2000 M2, now have the fast flash condition. Still running incandescent bulbs out back. Anyone know of a voltage reducer/attenuator or flasher replacement that will cure this? Thanx, TR
