Looking for the "new style" (springless) rotor mounting kit that seems to be quite hard to come across these days. It's the EBR washer style (not stock spring style) part# CQ0001.11AZ. I've searched high and low and can't find them in stock anywhere. Is anybody hoarding some that they would be willing to let go?? :)

Appreciate the sarcastic response, but if you read you'll notice it says:

"This item is not currently available. When you add it to your order it will be placed on backorder and an update will be sent to you regarding timing."

Was hoping someone might be able to help me find one sooner, as my front wheel is off for a bearing & pad replacement at the moment. I did e-mail EBR and they verified they were currently unavailable and had no time frame for when they would return to stock.

Saw that one too, but it's listed as "obsolete". Not to mention with USD conversion and shipping probably close to $200, which is more coin than I'd like to drop. Oh well, guess I'll just wait to see when EBR gets them back in stock. Thanks guys.

He's looking for the springless mounting hardware for the race rotor.

OP: Forgive the sarcasm, most new people don't actually search without crying about how they can't find anything. Sounds like you have.

When I went to the EBR site to check, I added to the cart with no problem? I guess I missed the fine print.

Since the stock 1190 rotors are mounted 'springless', ask a dealer for the 1190 bolts and hardware. Let us know how it works out.

OR:

A proper shouldered bolt would work fine, and you can source the concave washers too. My only question is if the Buell specific square-ish spacers are the same size between the spring and springless kits. If they are, then I'd just make my own mounting kit using those. They're not magic. Just bolts.

I have some.... but I can only offer them as a part of my track CR wheels I'm selling. Wheels, with slicks (3 heat cycles) new all balls bearings, EBR race rotor, EBR mount kit, stock rear disk.

In case you have any mounting questions.

There seems to be a school of thought that the EBR hardware kit is "improved" over the factory Buell hardware kit that you linked. In all reality, they're both acceptable, but if I'm replacing my hardware I'd rather go for the "new and improved" version. I'm sure there's plenty of discussion around here if you look about old vs. new.

Thanks for the feedback - I'll keep an eye on the EBR hardware kit. Putting everything back together tonight, I'll reuse the stock hardware for now. I did thoroughly clean everything up and will be putting blue loctite on the rotor and caliper bolts, should be good for the interim.

Thanks indeed. Looks like there's is "pre-order" as well - shipping early August. Wonder if they know something that EBR hasn't told us yet (assuming the EBR parts may be available the same time)? The $20 shipping fee (for a bag of hardware?!?) is a little painful though...
