Heard WD40 & Dental floss will work, especially the mint. ;) Also heat gun or hair dryer then alcohol to get the sticky off does good also. Could just peel & deal with the sticky also.

I just peeled off all my safety stickers. Came right off. My question is how do u remove a frame puck...

Why do you want to pull off your frame puck? Fishing line/dental floss and lighter fluid (the kind you put in a zippo) will work well. It'll take some patience.

Cuzz I lowsided my bike and scrathed the right one, and I have a new set otw. Thanks alot man!

eucalyptus oil gets sticky stuff off well.. but i dunno if they sell it outside of australia??

A product called "Goof-off" will remove most adhesives and gunk, without damaging most newer paint systems. Read the instructions on the can. Available at most hardware stores.(also removes crayon marks on interior wall surfaces, left by rugrats and the like.)
