Would this benifit a non turbo Buell, and has anyone done it?

Not much use unless you cant get your hands on supreme fuel.

^^ sounds about right to me. Non-turbo or supercharged engines can benefit from it, but it is usually to counteract knock and pre-ignition from tweaking the advance on the timing.
