Got my plate on my bike Friday night. Went riding on Saturday for over 100 miles. Put another 100 on it today. Not once was I bored. My favorite part was riding around and seeing all the heads turn and people asking me at lights "What the hell is that thing?" I laugh and rev it and they think it's the coolest bike ever haha.

I'm so glad I bought this bike.

Ha, I had a dude pull up next to me the other day and he said "man, that thing is choppy, got some kind of big cam in it?" He probably had no idea that its a Harley engine (for the most part) so I just said "yep, sure do..."

Haha yeah man, gotta love it! I had a guy I work with come look at my bike today and all he could say is "Wow, this thing is like the muscle car of sportbikes!"

Yeah I have gotten "where is the tail to that bike?" I say it disappeared to make it more badass than yours.

OR in the immortal words of moto-journalist Peter Egan: "I find my Buell Ulysses signature exhaust huffing not only intoxicating but also addictive."

That's pretty cool! Funny, cuz I always compare my Buell to an '80's Mustang GT! As close as you'll get on 2 wheels! Screw the V-Max! (Even though the NEW ones WILL smoke me on the straights...STILL not as cool!).

Used to get is that a Ducati for guys who thought they knew a lot about bikes.I would just say in my best southern drawl "yep it,s an American Ducati made in Wisconsin by a guy named Erik Buell, done up Shelby Cobra style"then fire it up and ride away.
