Weird tic over issue

I started up my 2007 Uly yesterday and noticed two weird things that have just started occuring.

1. The fan came straight on
2. The tic over was irregular until I stood the bike up straight.

Any one any idea whats going on?

It is very cold so could be due to that.

As an a side: I just got a recall notice from Buell for a faulty tilt switch, any one else had this?

No idea why the fan came on. Did it stop after a while or not?

The tic could be the hydraulic lifter. When it is cold it can take a little more time before the pressure is on.

The recall was about 2 years ago. The tilt switch should be replaced to prevent the engine from a sudden stop.

Thanks for that, i will have the lifter looked at.

The fan did go straight off and then comes on and off more eratticly than usual.[confused]
