It's more of a heat related failure, IMO. I know there were some changes to the new (1190) rotor, they might have been oiling holes. Without having one in hand, I'm just guessing though.
i just turned 1500 miles. picked it up with 600 two day ago. kinda thinking the extended warranty might be the way to go. 3 years 850$. Damn the part is going to run me 700$ anyway. I just got to get it before November.
