What kind of frame pucks are these?

I think they are carbon fiber painted silver. They more like frame covers then pucks. They used to pop in on ebay. Didn't see them recently.
They also had a version covering entire side of the frame like this.

he has a couple of little lights and stuff that is wierd and curiostiy is getting the better of me.

if you look in that first vid posted you can see on the left fuse cover something is attached... what is that?

and in his other video of hte bike, he has a led light that is located under hte left hand subframe to the blinker. looks like a start warning light or something.

anybody got thoughts here?
