What Muffler is this?

Ok I got this bike a few months ago and the previous owner said he "Gutted the exhaust" now I am trying to figure out if this is a modded pipe (Looks that way to me) or if this is a Hawk or Odie or someone on this site. and what I need to do to "re-pack" it or improve it. The outside edge has what I will call a sloppy weld it's uneven and a little over welded, the tips are not painted and the pipe looks like it was painted after the fact. Any help would be appreciated! Sorry the Pics suck I will take better ones when I get home.

Looks like a home made pipe to me, just hollow and some cut straight pipe welded on. Sort of like they were trying to copy a Hawk pipe.

That's kinda what I thought I have never seen welds like this on any Hawk pipe
