What small light bulb goes in the Lightning Headlights?

I took off my 06 lightning ss headlights and saw that in the middle in the back there was a open hole and I found a grey plug that fits the hOle, so I tested it and see that it loses power when the high beam is activated. Anyone know what was in there from the factory? Thanks

Short answer is Nothing,

Long answer is this: it is the PARK light, 03 s & all X/XT models should be only models with the bulb actually in there. It is a parking light so "back in the day" I you had to pull over to get out your MAP rather than a GPS or phone...

So you could take the key out to unlock the seat and get the map out on side of the road whilst having a running and brake light on so other traffic could see you.

It is the same as your tag light

My 09' SCG has that light. It is a LED bulb and turns in when in park mode, or since I have the headlight relay mod (HID headlights off until i hit flasher button) it is on when I turn on my key. It is a bulb you can pick up at autozone or any auto parts store, forgot part number.

It's a 194 bulb, available in a wide assortment of colors in incandescent and LED.
