whats a good realistic price for a 5000 mile 06 XB12R

I am trying to sell my truck and put will trade for XB plus cash in the add.

I have a local guy looking for a truck and he has a 2006 xb12r with just over 5000 miles on it with a spec ops exhaust. Otherwise stock bike in great condition.
Honestly, what is this bike worth so i know what to ask for my truck plus the bike?

If it helps in June I payed 5 grand flat for my 2009 xb9sx with 4992 miles on it. This was at a Harley dealership. Yours is an r and has the bigger motor, but its 3 years older. Kind of a trade off in value in my opinion. People are all over the board on pricing of these bikes so I'm sure you'll get a variety of opinions. Kelly blue book puts that bike at 4520 retail value. They don't factor in mileage or aftermarket parts into the price though.

ya, my buddy just bought a 2004 XB12S with 2500 miles for $3400.. but i think he stole it.
