I've been calling around trying to get a bike stand for my firebolt, but no one seems to know what I need. Is there a certain model I need to look for? I'm pretty new at this, but I know that Pit Bull has some good stuff, I just don't know which one's will fit. I would greatly appreciate any advice you guys have.

Pretty sure a universal will work, worst case scenario, take your bike to the bike parts store and see if they have a display model you can use to see if it fits your bike.

The swing arm is i believe 14.5 inches wide. So just make sure the PADS will spread that wide and you will be good.

One thing that will definitely help will be the addition of some rear axle sliders with the groves in them for the stand.Check out ASB website.

But is josh looking for a stand to work on the bike,or one to just lift the bike up instead of using the kickstand?Which is how I took it.But yes,Iwould agree, the stand is to narrow for tire removal.

i use a D&D exhaust with an ATV jack. :D (D&D is flat on the bottom) or you can make a little cradle for your regular exhaust and use an ATV jack. i really like going that route because it get's both wheels off the ground and you can wheel the bike around in your garage (or house) it lift's up about 18" depending on the jack and you can get one for about $100.00, open access to your rim's also.

I will be using it to work on the bike, just wanted to get one that would attach to the rear wheel/swingarm to hold the bike level. So I could change the transmission oil with this really awesome royal purple oil. I love their products!!!
