wheel bearing numbers

Help Support Buellxb Forum:

I got them "6004" $8.50 each at a car parts supplier.
Lets start a data base of this type of info after all these bikes are a dying breed ,let me know what you all think.
I get the feeling that the quicker we're gone the better as far as the harley stealerships are concerned:D

I know nobody responded in this thread other than the OP, but I figured I'd try asking anyways.

Does anyone have the full measurements of the bearings for the tube frame Buells? Particularly on a 2002 M2 Cyclone? I am interested in picking up some SKF Bearings for the Cyclone to have on-hand when I replace the tires in a couple of weeks - are these bearings the right ones? Are both the front and rear wheel bearings the same numbers? I haven't pulled the wheels on my M2 yet to see if they are both the same. I just know my XB9R had two different bearing numbers for front and rear.

Thanks!
-Matt

Thanks, I found the numbers on BWB.

The 62205-2RS bearing is hard to find. The place I normally get bearings from doesn't carry them, and cannot special order them unless I buy them in bulk. I've only seen a couple available on eBay, and they are pretty expensive, and am always leery about buying things like that on eBay.

Thanks,
-Matt
