I need my rims to be white. Any body sick of the white and want silver??? New tires! Ill even take your old beat up rear tire. The front must be in good shape tho. Wisconsin area meet or ship. US only.

Last resort... Powdercoat.

I've gotten a quote for $75 per rim, not to bad for a new look. I bet u can throw some smaller parts in for free also

we have a local powdercoater in my area and he said i should try to find someone that does hard anodizing.... i dont know...i will see what happens

Good luck finding someone to anodize cast aluminum. Cast aluminum tends to not take to anodizing at all. Anodizing usually is reserved for high grades such as 6061, 7075 and 2024 series aluminum billets and or extrusions. There are some processes that can give an anodize look however. The better option is powder coat.

I've got a set of Amber and a set of Diamond Blue wheels I've been trying to trade for Hero Blue. I'm thinking I'll just have to sell one set and get the other set powder coated.

powdercoat urself, it easy to do. learn something new, do it anytime u want, and maybe make some $

I have a friend that owns a body shop ( Devils Bowl ) and he suggested anodized also... Not sure whats up with that... I will talk to the powder coater this week and post up what i find out

Pilot, I may be interested in a set. I'm looking to do white also, and would rather have the spare set. Prep and paint.

Not with the cheap 60 dollar **** thats out there. Non adjustable Kv's and poor electronics. More to it than just clean coat and bake. Alot of people shy away from Buell wheels due to massive faraday areas, with proper prep and voltage settings it isnt an issue. Ive got a coating shop in NY so if anyone needs some stuff done or questions to ask their local guy feel free.
