I'm a happy owner of a 2008 1125R w/ fmf slip on and tunning by twinmotorcycles (20K on it and are all mine). About a month+ ago I've noticed an oil leak from the clutch cover (the big one, not the diaphragm fluid leak). the bike was at the dealer since then till yesterday because of missing gaskets. When I picked up the bike yesterday I immediatly noticed a very strange power delay before 5K RPM. It strats out just like before, but when going up the gears it feels like the engine is struggling, once passing the 5K the bike shoots out like crazy.
It's like it's holding down all his awesome power, then releasing everything it has in a single shot. 2T style.
Any thoughts?

Glad you like it.Unfornately you should have ordered the Erik Buell Racing ECM for that bike. The dead spot you are having is typical of Overseas companys that may OR NOT be using Dyno Testing . I can't answer for those companys. Erik Buell invented the Bike so Most of US BUELLERS try to support his work. Try A Throttle Position Sensor RESET Or TPS-reset as they call it. You need to get a manual if you don't know a lot about these bikes. Some of the work is Easy Some is more for trained professionals. Read up on the Bike you have so you won't be at the Mercy of the Dealer for the Simple Things. Please Check the Pages Up Top of PAGE for the 1125R information you may be needing for your Buell.
