thanks man, i can't take the cheesey screws holding the old tailight in place, and if you move the plate theres that crappy box place to hold it, this is a cleaner race undertail, which is what i was going for

just down lower to the shock, i found a bracket with good place illumination and led strips on the sides for blinkers that are built into the plate frame, have a super clean look IMO

ill get some better pics after its painted and done with, i also got a brake winker for the taillight (strobe 3 times fast, then stay on), when the brakes are applied. and i was thoroughly impressed with how bright this one was, the lens is pretty thin, i was shocked this thinig practically lit up the garage

haha no, he was nice enought to prime it, going to paint hopefully tomorrow, just flat black for now..........but also having him paint my primary and cam cover flat silver to match the rest of the engine cases. $50 for the three pieces

Is that just a fiberglass tail piece? I was going to make a mold of my undertray tail to delete the same exact box you are talking about. That and clean up the spots where the blinkers attach to make it look more factory. Very curious to follow the progress on this!

Love the new tail piece, and blinker/brake light idea. Can't wait to see it complete. We need to get a cars and coffee meet scheduled when you get it done.

Who you using to paint? I've got some paint ideas I want to do eventually, including the covers like youre doing. Ive never liked the goldishsilverish color they are now. Never thought they really matched anything on the bike and I'm liking that pricing!
