Just bought a beautiful 07 xb12r today with plans to convert it an XBS for now. Looking for all the basic parts needed, especially the Triple Tree, bars and longer lines. I'll buy parts piecemeal if necessary too (anyone know if the S seat works in an R frame?). Make an offer! Will also trade for R parts if desired.
1. Triple tree, bars, extended lines, hardware
2. Seat, subframe if needed, etc
3. headlight, brackets, etc
4. stock clutch lever would be nice
5. rear passenger pegs
6. Stock (not gutted) or aftermarket mufflers
7. PDF owners manuals??
8. anything else I'm missing!
