WTT buell select seat used, not perfect!

Have an XB9/12 select seat, NOT PERFECT condition, it has two spots as pictured, the one in the seat area is sort of a stain/mark, and the one out on the passenger area looks like a cigarette burn, but its not fraying or getting worse. Right now I'm just looking to trade for a XB9/12 lightning subframe, really only the sides and center are wanted any color and scratches are ok as long as nothing is cracked/destroyed (cheesegrater cut off or not is fine)
