X1 Lightning Engine compatability

I have a 1999 X1 Lightning. It has a knock on the top end, from play in the front connecting rod (1/32"). It has a 1203cc High Performance sportster engine. So the question is, what model bikes have a compatible engine? Honestly, I hate not riding the thing! I want my Buell back.

Other buell x1s. And I would assume a sportster. Engines pop up on eBay sometimes.

So I happen to have a 90ci sporty motor with XB heads. I was building it for a guy but he just lost interest and money. If your interested ill finish putting it together.
