Ok so this will be my first diy post so bear with me on this one but I promise it will be good:) I had been searching the diy post on the muffler mods and most of them seemed great but after much thought and researching I kinda did it a little different from everyone else(at least from what ive seen) Im going to be using a few of my own pics and some other pics I got online due to the fact that I didnt take pictures of the whole process.
First start off by cutting the end of your muffler(the end with the exhaust exit) right in front of the jack point. You are goind to cut the entire end off all the way around, I used a hacksaw for this so that way it will be a straight weld later. Next you will need to pull out the middle chamber or if you cant pull it out you will need to cut down the middle of your muffler like i had to.

Once you have the middle chamber out you need to completely remove the center pipe. You will then need to cut the pipe on the right in half.
Next thing you do is drill many 3/16 holes all the way around in both remaining pipes.

Take it to your welder and have him weld the center hole shut. also have him weld a 1 inch or maybe even a 3/4 inch washer at the end of the shorter pipe that is on the right. This will create some back pressure. Then all you do is weld everything back together and weld two exit tips to the end of the can. I had reused the end piece that I cut off in the begining.

Its about as loud as my buddies jardine when at idle. But his is louder when your giving it throttle. Its a nice deep rumble. Ive been riding it for about a month now like this and ive noticed a increase in torque in the entire power band.

Oh and by the way the interactive exhaust works with this mod. It is still completely functional
