XB12R won't start

I have a 2006 12R and it was running fine. A couple days ago I tried to start it up and got it to almost start but now i got nothing. I am not getting any spark and i have power going to the coil. I actually am getting 12v all the way to the plugs witch shouldn't be there. Anyone have any ideas?

Check your Bank angle Sensor? or for loose Ground wires yet?

replaced the coil but still the same thing.

Have you checked the Starter to see if it has stuck up against the Clutch Basket Wheel in the Primary Casing. OR the Start Button Contacts Stuck? Usually that would cause the Fuse to Blow. The Starter Sticking would not Usually blow the Fuse, but may try to cause a simular Problem. Just another area to check. Take the Battery Cables Loose and then put them back on afterv about 5 minutes. The Bank Angle Sensor may be the problem but not with Voltage to the Coil.All Grounds and Battery Terminals checked and load Test the Battery. If you try and jump Start the Engine then use only a Vehicle with it not running and do it Quickly. Good Luck.*Jimi

After further investigating if i unplug the battery and rest the computer i can get it to start but it runs like crap. Is it a new computer i need or something maybe sending a code?
