XB12S fairing mounted on XB12R?

Hi all!

Bought my first bike, an 04 xb12r and am loving it. But I love the mean front end of the xb12r and am wondering if it's possible to swap them out?

In other words, yank the front fairing off the firebolt and replace with the xb12s twin-headlight/'gasmask' setup?

Would that involve speedo swap, etc?

I'm a newbie, big-time, but loving Buell.
