Not sure it this will be much help to anyone or not but its some info I came across in some MMI notes so figured I would share.
1. Remove seat (torx screws under padding @ rear corners of seat)
2. Disconnect and remove battery
3. Remove top sub frame plastic (about 5 T27 screws)
4. Remove 2 bolts at latch for rear seat (Keeping cable and lock together and attached to top plastic)
5. Remove brake reservoir, ground wire. plug at tail light and slide out tail light wires and battery cables.
6. With a 10 mm socket remove rear shock reservoir
7. Remove passenger foot pegs at the mounting bolt to sub frame.
8. Remove all lower plastic T27 screws (about 6)
9. Remove all 4 sub frame mounting bolts and lift off sub frame
REMEMBER to keep track of cable and rear brake hose routing
