First, I want to give some props (rep point) to buellxb.com member: njdevils1990. I bought the seat off him. Mike is a great guy to deal with. Always got timely responses, to PMs, from him throughout the entire transaction. The seat arrived as advertised in his for sale thread. USPS had me a little worried for a minute when they sent it halfway across the state of Nebraska. It was coming from NJ To Omaha, NE (right on the eastern border of the state. It ended up arriving in North Platte, NE and went out for delivery in Indianola, NE. They figured it out and had it to me a day late. No big deal. Anyways, Mike helped me out big time buying the seat and I appreciate him working with me on it.

Next, why does everyone call this a Select seat? According to the Buell Product Catalog Pg. 24/70 it is a "Custom" seat...

Either way it looks a hell of a lot better than the stocker. However, the fitment couldn't have been more off. I've posted pics below. There is a much bigger gap at the front of the seat and airbox cover. The bolt holes weren't even close to being useable to bolt the seat to the subframe. And, the back of the seat was really pressed up against plastic at the raise to the passenger seat. I remembered, from when I first bought the bike, that I had to shave off some of the plastic on the L-shaped seat bracket under the seat just to get the stock seat to bolt back down after I took it off the first time. I borrowed a Dremel tool from a co-worker and got it shaved down some. The gap is lessened somewhat (noticeable to me, but I forgot to take before and after pics.), and it isn't so smashed against the plastic in the back (where the plastic raises to the passenger seat area), although it still is somewhat. It bolts up about as easy now as I can bolt down the stocker. I have quick disconnects from ASB coming (whenever they get service manuals stocked again. I ordered both at the same time).

I haven't ridden with the seat yet but I think I'm going to love it. There is definitely a lot more seat there than the stocker has to offer. It looks great on the bike except for the bigger gaps at the airbox cover and the rear corners of the seat at the subframe. Thanks again to njdevils1990 [up][up].
