Hated the disimilar finishes all over the tail of the XB9SX. Complete mish mash of black and silver and grey and argent and....

Back from powder coat Tiger Drylac RAL1003. Thats a library of congress color swatch there in the pic. Ill email you the number if you are interested.

Cabo im curious to see it together! I agree with your theory of mismatched rail looking odd. But feal the wood kinda does the same . Just my opinion , maybe im wrong and maybe it will come together when the plastic goes on? But the yellow color code if defidently some usefull info.

I'm all for designs outside the box. After a while, "polished this" and "carbon fiber that" just gets old.

I completely bastardized my Scg a couple years ago with rebar and and old tractor seat. I've since gone back to "normal", but it was fun while it lasted.

I'm with Netty on this one... Can't wait to see the final product!
