Damn, now I wish I picked up a set. I thought they would be cheaply made. Damn the devil to hell!

hey extreme you end up having to bend your seat or no? looks like u fit it real nice.

oh and I just took my xb for the first ride after the tail lift and let me be the first one to say that it feels awesome .... in fact I think it feels better than stock.. This tail lift is the icing on the cake and makes my bike feel like a whole new machine... If it wasn't so damn cold I would still be riding!

you gonna be in my hood anytime soon joel? im trying to gt rid of mine locally cause i have no time to ship em. i posted that on the last page [up]

I will make it a point to be. I was thinking next weekend, not absolutely sure. I can paypal you the money now if you'd like.

if you boys meet up take some pics, it's always cool seeing members of the forum/Buell Riding Brotherhood get together with their rides [up]
:)

The top holes on the right side of mine were waaaaayyyyy off there was no fixing it. The bottom 2 on both sides were very off fixed those.
I email them to see if they would refund my $$ :(

Man, now i wanna get my trojan's installed, i've been holding off until i get everything powder coated.

i got mine installed. The holes are off but a little help from the GF I got them installed. Definitely not flush to the frame, about an 1/8th of an inch gap, only because the holes aren't lined up. As others said, the treading is questionable. I used copious amounts of Loc-Tite Blue.

That being said, they still work as intended. And for $30, I wasn't expecting a masterpiece of work.

true but you would think when a company wants to test a product, especially one geared towards a group with a tight user base, they would at least make it functional without modification.

meetech- sorry for the delay but yes I did hav to slightly bend the seat as everyone will, it just fits tight now.

yeah its definitely a snug fit... the tail part of my seat wants to keep poking up and out... I'm gonna have to play with the heat a little more

Crap- bought mine from pm-performance a year ago and cost me a kidney, oh well.
They came with some spacers for the seat lock and instructions on bending the seat with ratchet straps and a hairdryer. Didn't need to bend or modify the seat at all it.

i test fit mine and they fit pretty good to the frame but like everyone has said, the holes on the bottom need to be drilled out so get a bolt in there. The threads look kinda sketchy too but im gunna put some loctite on it and that should work just fine. All i did to my seat was bend it in my arms and it fit perfectly. All in all its not bad for 30 bucks
