about to pull the trigger on a new ceebailey for my 9,so if anyone has one they want to sell, or a good reason to talk me out of it lets hear it.pros and cons welcome! JK

other than being ugly as sin and robbing you of the awesome feeling of wind rushing around you I cant think of a reason not to get one
 
I agree with delta on this one. That thing doesn't look like it belongs on a Buell.

Just my opinion though. If you like it, go for it, its your bike.

How tall is that over stock? I've been considering one thats 4.5 inches taller but did'nt know if it would be enough or ruin the looks of my bike... If it works for what you want go for it. I'd like to see pics with a rider behind it.

I enjoy long tours as well but anything that makes BamBam look stupid or ugly just won't fly...

If I wanted the comfort of a windscreen I would have bought an Uly or if I needed the benefits of riding my easychair with afixed microwave and coffee maker I would have went the full dress touring route..

I can't decide whether it is uglier than a mud fence or uglier than homemade sin. Could never put one of those on my Lightning.

I did an unheard of 12+ hours on Betty Nugs with clubman bars and a standard fly screen and loved it.

if I wanted wind protection I would have picked up a firebolt and added a double bubble

Godzilla, just for the record, all the above comments are just opinions. It's your bike and you can mod it however you like. The important thing is that you are making your bike truly your own. Not every mod is a success, and that's why this forum is so awesome: there is a huge amount of talent and experience available here reguarding modifications.
