Just went in 50/50 with my dad on a Daytona 675.

The bike is a immaculate 2008 with 4800 miles, and a bunch of aftermarket goodies. We got it for $5,500. Its going to be a track/street bike, and will let us have some fun without running the risk of downing our nice bikes. Should be fun, pic's from the original owner, don't pic it up till tomorrow.

Yea, he might be able to give me a run for my money now that he wont be on the Concourse when we go to Palomar. we will ride on Thursday so more video should be expected. :D

Why 50/50? track bike?

My dad and I split the cost so that what the 50/50 is aboot. I know its a bit nice for a track bike but I have a problem with vanity. It will be a track bike and a bike that we will really push at Palomar, with the mentality of if it goes down it goes down.

Yeah.... I was just asking why 50/50 cuz you can only ride one bike at a time. But a track bike would be kick ass. I have a feeling you're going to wish you were on your buell at the track though. The 675 is a awesome bike, and if I was tall enough, I'd own one already. But I hear they are figity on exiting turns.

The Buell doesn't have the motor for the track and I'm to attached to it to want to put it through that. I had to flog the shit out of it to keep up on Palomar. This bike is being bought to be ridden hard and put away wet so to speak.
