Really tempted to buy this

I am seriously tempted to buy, fix and flip this, but I just cant bring myself to do a project like this so close to finals and graduation. Maybe somebody else would be interested..

Parts alone are worth that. It's going to require a whole engine rebuild though.

Yeah, good looking bike, and not a bad deal. I assume there's a good chance the worn out 2nd gear means he was clutching up wheelies in 2nd, so you'd have to check out for signs of abuse, but still a fair deal for the money.
