99 x1,..now into my 3rd hour of ownership,.. has a few goodies, and a race computer, what do i need to link into said computer?

ECMSPY is what you need . just check out all the ecm and ecmspy threads, on here. lots of threads in the first link above.
 
thx for the kind reply's. i need to find a set of passenger peg brackets, any body have a set for sale?
insurance is pretty cheap, lots less than the fireblade and JPN.
cant wait to hack into the ecm and tune it, i have an lm1 and auxbox, so i will datalog from a different source, than the ecm as i can interface wide band afr#s. might change out the pulleys to the european spec, or convert to 520 chain, never owned a belt drive before. boree the cases and a 100 inch kit maybe fornext winter.

Finnaly went for the first ride today, it was +4c. It was the first ever ride on a Buell. nice riding position, not much weight on the arms, feels very narrow. i dont think i made it a mile, when i was picking the front end off the ground, runs out of rev in 1st gear right now. dosnt seem very happy crusing below 3k rpm. second set of lights i was doing a burnout. the grey haired holigan, rides again. needs some tweaking but all in all should be a fun summer.
 
not hard to pick up the front wheel. Usually happens to me even when i don't want it to. tire always comes up after i shift into second WFO! :D

Nice looking X1 [up], I just picked up my first one in february and man do I love it. Like yours, mine needs some tweaking as well but what do you expect for a 10 year old bike ya know? At least its not the cookie cutter bike everyone else has.
