Not sure if this will help but I'm running a D&D for a FI 99 S3 on my 98 carbed S3.

Sounds like a stock car. I did feel a difference in the power compared to the Buell race pipe that was on it. It seems to pull harder around 3-4000 rpm range. I had it dynoed with the race pipe but not the D&D yet.
