Looks like I will be driving into a new project. I bought a 1998 S1W last week. The only problem is its in LA and I am in Springfield, Mo. :( Having it transported out by Haulbikes. I will post pics when I get it, sounds like it might be a month before I get it.

It has tons of nice mods! Andrews N-8 Cams, x1/m2 swingarm, PM wheels and so on. Cant wait to get it.

I love the look of the S1W... sounds like a great find. Post some pics when you get her. [cool]

Always wanted an s1 ended up with an s3. Can't wait to see your pics that color combo sound cool.

I found a Pro seat on Craigslist, much better.

Now let the mods continue! XB front end, XB wheels and brakes to come. I have to get the Works shock sent off first.

Anybody ever rebuilt their own shock? I always do my own work but I just don't know how I would get res fill with 250-300 psi of dry nitrogen. Any ideas?

its a dirtbike on roids man, :D

those r so much fun to corner

and their basically wheelie machines [up]

I think I just made a sticky spot in my pants...lol. No seriously that is one sexy bike. I love the s1s especially the s1w.

Sooooo... gonna get rid of the wheels eh?

Yes, probably going to be this winter type project. That will give me time get everything rounded up. And....no the PM wheels arent for sale. ;)

I'll try and get better pics of it later this weekend.

I dont blame you all I would have asked.I'll keep u in mind if I do decide to sell them. I want to be able to put it back to stock if the time came that I had to sell it or wreck it or something like that.
