My dealer needs EBRs phone #

I have emailed and with some good ideas sent back ,but the HD tech really wants to talk to somebody at EBR. Thanks again ANDREW
 
Email is the only preferred method to get with EBR. EBR has said itself on Badweb that you should email not call.

Because:

1. There is no receptionist. So if you call, someone has to stop what they are doing and answer the phone.
2. There are ~30 employees, each with specific job functions. So that person that answers the phone could be a mill operator, or a tuner, and has to go find the person you need to talk to about wheels. Thus, delaying both people doing their jobs.

Also, I'm not sure what good EBR will do your dealer. They are not Harley Davidson who owns the rights to "Buell" and the warranty issues associated with "Buell", but I suppose shooting an e-mail to [email protected] may help, worth a shot, I suppose.
 
no problem. EBR may be able to solve your problems, buddy of mine had a problem with his bike starting then dying and not wanting to hold an idle, he called them and they told him exactly what needed to be done and sent him the part. EBR has a bunch of very helpful guys and guys that know these bikes, after all they did manufacture them. Wish you luck and hope you get your problems solved.
 
^^ noone already have been emailing ,with responses..also I have comments from EBR tech saying they do help out good dealers and also report some findings to the Buell techs at HD. Of course they care about current Buell owners ,Who do you think is going to buy their future street bikes? Not to mention I am a customer of their race parts!!!
