I have the x1 milliniom edition, mech says fi is fully open and I need to reset ecm and fuel air screw. He says Its just better to carb It. Is that ecmspy worth getting only mods I know of is v%h exhaust.. Any help would be apprietiated.

Don't change to carb. Keep fuel injection. In the long run, FI is actually simpler and a lot less headaches. Conversion to carb is costly and technically difficult.

The ddfi on those bikes were not the best and were known to be problematic. I would keep the fi for the simple reason its a Millennium Edition. My brother has a 99 x1cf that has cams, headwork and a race kit. It was tuned by Buell engineer and runs perfect. So it can be done.

What number is it? I saw one at a shop that was 800 of 800. It was nice, had an oil leak fixed.
