not positive but i dont think you need to do it to 09s i have a 09 as well and when i did some research on remapping it everyone said it automatically remaps its self.. pretty sure youd have to find someone with the same set up as you or very similar. like same intake exhaust and such... someone please correct me if im wrong. dont want to mislead anyone. and id like to know for buells sake. thanks

Tuning 08+ bikes is very doable. As is flashing a premade map. Just have to use the right software.
Come check my business out for all your Buell fuel-tuning needs: The Tuniversity. Though I do offer race map flashes, I advise against them. For less than the cost of an EBR ECM, you can have a fully custom map on your bike.

octo do i need to buy ecmspy mono then buy your tuning seminar? or do i get that going through you?

im just having some odd running issues as i have posted before and from what i have read my ecm is messed up so i just wanted to try to flash a race map to it

will they plug in to one of the older xb bikes? i might be able to do it but my bike is an 04. if you are willing to pay someone why dont you just buy an ecm cable and DIY?

because the scmspy mono is 115$ on top of a cable 40. i just want to see if this will fix my bike or not.. but no my 09 wont work with your 04 [sad]

i never paid much attention to all of that because i have an 04 and ecmspy works just fine for me.

I do not work with ECMSpy Mono. All you need is a cable, a laptop, and a high speed internet connection to utilize my services. I'll take care of everything else.
With that said, tuning will not solve problems with the bike. It will improve operation, but it won't fix deeper issues. For this reason, I generally shy away from starting work with a client who is experiencing significant issues.

I got ya... Look like I'm heading to the stealership to have it looked at
With all this said, has anyone used mono on 08+? I've got some troubleshooting to do also and it looks like mono would point me in one direction or another.
I'd support octo on tuning, but if ecmspy gives me some other benefits I'd keep it around for the life of the bikes.

ECMSpy is more user friendly than TunerPro, but less powerful. It is a delicate balance, of course, like comparing OSX and Linux. Each has its merits.
If you spring for my Tuning Package 3, you'll end up with the software preconfigured for your system, a custom map for your bike, and the knowledge of how to use it in the future. Plus lifetime tech support if you should run into any issues.
