So, anybody that's got an X1, what kind of MPG do you get? I'm thinking of getting one as a daily rider (my bike is my main transportation). I like the looks, the sound, and from what I hear about it I like the performance. What do you get, and how hard do you ride?

I've seen that kind of number elsewhere online. It seems far too high for a 1203cc V-twin, but no one seems to contradict it, either. Interesting.

For what it's worth, I ride the hell out of my bikes - I get about 65 out of a 2011 CBR250R, near the bottom of what most people ever report (everyone else I've met with one reports up into the 70s). What's the lowest you've ever gotten?

off the top of my head, i think the worst i have gotten is mid 40's but thats on hard rides in hilly areas and stop and go on super hot summer days.

But most days im right around 52-55mpg.. this is with a stock header/super trapp pipe, ham can, and Race tune.

I've never seen anything above 47 mpg's, usually average about 42-44. My best was when I rode back and forth to work driving 95% highway at 65 mph. At the time it just had a custom tune, force pipe, and a chain conversion. I don't know if my bike is geared different or not but at 65mph I'm running around 3k in 5th gear.

My best friend has an x1 and I have a 9r an he could always go fatter on a full tank than I could. For how big of a bike it is, I was surprised!

I just got a 97 thunderbolt with xb heads, pistons, SE ignition, etc. My last two tanks I calculated to be at 44 MPG with combined highway and city riding. I wasnt really going easy on her either... I bet sustained highway riding yields better numbers.
