anyone know a good motorcycle shipping co.
e bay recomed 4.haul bikes.com and jc motors were cheap but had bad reviews and will take 1 month.
allied was good but needed the bike crated by the seller.
any good or stay away from input welcome.

^ somebody watch shipping wars ? That was my first thought when I saw the thread title .

If you use uship try to get on the show and pick the chick shes pretty hott:D

I'm in the middle of a JC Motors deal right now, this time next week should be done. Ping me and I'll elaborate, so far quicker than advertised.

I have used haulbikes, twice to be exact, with no issues. I did have a long wait time but it was worth the wait.

if you use uship talk to the shipper before confirming with uship's payment option. a lot of them don't like it and u ship takes like 20%

Thanks forthe info guys..waiting on quotes but I dont like how shippingmasters has no insurance and its your problem.
also I do not like how either company takes 3-6 weeks, its a 24 hour ride so wheres my new bike going to be all that time? I know they are pros but I dont think I like my bike being swaped truck to truck or sitting in a wherehouse who knows where.
I was hoping to find someone with a motocycle trailer whos out of work and could use $500.00 to make a drive.

Look in YP's for "Hot Shot" deliveries, and try to stay with an independent local company, all delivery companies have to have some sort of insurance/bonding.
Good Luck

Hot shots just gave me a quote from uship bidding.
they sounded ok, I like the around a week shipping but the price was the highest so far at $650.00.
The cheapest was $580.00 and the averege was $600.00.
I need to find somone this week to pick it up.

I will try them to,but shipping masters just quoted me $570.00 door to door on a metal palet 5-10 days to p/u and 7-14 to delever.they also have 15k ins with no deducatable wich I was told to look out for..looking the best so far.

I dont know about shipping masters anymore. I was going to chose them when I get the ok from the seller, but they sent me a e mail saying the pick up as been sceudled. I wrote back and said I didn not ok anything and just needed a quote and still waiting on the sellers ok..they sent me another e mail saying they confused my for another customer...how do you trust a company that makes mistakes before you even use them?

Forget palletizing your bike. It's worth the extra money to have someone who is a dedicated motorcycle shipper pick your bike up, strap it down in their trailer (where you can see where the bike will be the whole time you're away from it), and deliver it in a reasonable time frame.

got 2 more offers on u ship, $550. and now $500. bolth good companys with good feedback, insurance and can delever in a week.
