I'm sure the answer is 'NO' however I ask cause I need a new one for my 05 XB12s. No matter what I buy I shop around and look for the best price. But as you can imagine there are a s**t ton of different types to choose from. Money is tight so I'm not looking to spend $80-100. I found this on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/YTX14-BS-AGM-...TF8&coliid=I3J54IRWHSM7U4&colid=3C7DSPHQL2IUR

It says it is a replacement for Harley Davidson 65948-00. But only costs ~$45

Any ideas or other 'cheaper' suggestions are much appreciated guys/gals [up]

You get what you pay for with batteries. If you plan on having your bike for a while longer, pony up another $15 and get a Deka (here) which is a legit, quality sealed battery.

Thanks! [up] That's a great price, exactly the kind of advice I was looking for :)

Harley Tends to make the best battery. I call tell a huge difference in starting when buells have the HD battery opposed to Yuasa or Bikemaster batteries.

Starting all depends on the CCA's . I just bought a battery from batteries plus and am very happy with it . Plus it has a 2 year hassle free warranty .

Yes yes if your bikes battery lays in the cradle like on my Lightning be sure that it is sealed. I bet that acid could really ruin a paint job. Good luck [up]
