These guys want to find life elsewhere so bad they find 'microbes' and call it life! Maybe by scientific theory these microscopic bacteria are part of 'life', but no effing human could sustain life there.
Waste of billions in my opinion. Could be much better served here on this planet!

Im not gonna start a war here. But are you one of those people who also believe that NASA has done nothing for mankind also? Come on we have potentially found life on another world. How is that not worth it? NASAs budget is less than 1/3 of 1 penny of the yearly government budget.

Its kind of ironic that technology we have reverse engineered from crashed alien space crafts is advancing our technology to the point that we may one day be crashing our space crafts into alien planets.

Its fun to think about but I am a realist. Until someone shows me physical proof of aliens, bigfoot, the Loch Ness monster and the likes.. I will remain skeptical but enjoy talking about, debating and theorizing about the possibilities.
We used to think the earth was flat and cigarettes were good for calming the nerves of pregnant women!?! As smart as we think we are, WE DONT KNOW SH*T!

No Im not one of those dudes! And in reference to Loki, I also agree we've benefit from some of those technologies. In fact I sell a chemistry analyzer used in physician offices originally developed by a NASA affiliated company also in conjunction for use in the military.
My point was, find me something that is relevant! Then report on it! That's all!
And regardless of the budget being 1/3, thats a big effing 1/3! Government spending is a whole other discussion though.
All I'm saying is Yes we've benefited from space travel, i.e. gps, cell phones, satellite, etc just to name the obvious. But we havent really advanced as far as finding 'life' outside of planet earffffff!
We've got a lot of real problems here, like getting EBR off the ground so we can buy an affordable 1190!

Who knows whats out there.... I don't.
I've only watched the first 2 seasons of the alien show. Sometimes I think thats retarded and sometimes i'm scratching my head thinking that could be! haha
