someone told me this was the easiest way to change plugs but if i have to do this every time i dont think they will get changed ever again.[confused]

haha yea im finally getting around to fixing the transmission bearings.

obvious troll was too obvious
 
No No No, you have to take the heads completely off to change the plugs or they'll take off like rockets. ;)
 
Make sure to use your torque wrench when you put the new ones in. 120 lbs should do it.
 
i just cut a notch out of the frame. they are very easy to get to now i just cant hold quite as much gas

oh damn i knew i was doing it wrong.

its pretty sad that ive had to pull my engine out 2 times within 2 years but i guess thats how it goes. while its out it really is so much easier to check the spark plugs though.

what a PITA.  Much easier if you unbolt the shock from the top mount, support the engine and then lift the bike.

its easier for me to drop the engine. i put my bike on the stands and use a motorcycle lift to lower the engine. it only took me 2 hours to drop the engine and take the whole top end off. i have no way to lift things in my garage.
 
You want to get some exhaust samples and send them off to NASA before even attempting to get the muffler bearing. If not done in this order the end of the world is imminent.
