have you thought of buying the parts and doing the R to S front end conversion rather than trading? also, didn't you just black it out, btw looks awesome, suggest doing the conversion that way you have the option to change her back to an R down the road.
you'll need left and right modules, headlight assy, windscreen, upper triple, bars, ignition and change the pins/connector on your main wire harness...buellsterparts.com has most of the parts needed or post up what you need, parts on the forum come up frequently. I'm doing the S to R conversion and almost everything needed to complete it, though taking a bit of time to gather due to cash flow, it can be done probably easier that selling or trading your bike. all the parts needed for my conversion were bought from forum members and lots cheaper than going through the dealer and or online searching for the best deals from well known parts suppliers.
