Our factory muffler setup was terrible to. To me a bike isn't complete from the factory. Minimum mods are a slip on, and a tune of some kind if it's available. I can't really say no to the power of the ktm. The buell was amazing when I got it but now it's been a awhile and I've gained 60+ pounds since I bought it. Now it's feeling a little slow. Bombing around on a friends r1 then getting back on mine is kind of depressing. Having almost 190hp out of the box is a major selling point to me, and having a naked bike is also a must. I don't think I could join the masses, have a sport bike that is designed to live on a track and use 1/16th of its potential. The ktm is a total hooligan machine. I thought the same thing when I saw the xb. Not that I do stupid stuff on the street (that might be a lie when no ones around), but I like to have to power on tap to get a little crazy when I want to. My way around this expensive ktm would be swapping a 1125r engine in but the mechanics of the swap make it a lost cause.
