ecm spy trouble

ok, I got the cable and some maps from ebay. Tried to load the race map today and it said it wasnt right. any help? other than that the cable and program works good, connects properly and can see trouble codes and tps etc. really just looking for a proper race map to start with.

Need a better description of your problem.

Is it telling you that it is the wrong firmware? If it is that is from using the wrong EEPROM for your ecm.

Try just burning the map and not the whole EEPROM.

I fetched my maps, and eeprom...saved them both. But it wont let me load the supplied eeprom, says not compatible, and there is no file for just the map, I can see it, from the file but it wont load. I guess I could manually enter the number but I was wondering why I cant load it....maube the files I got with the cable are no good?
