Can you still carry a pasenger with the saddle bags on a firebolt? My girl is tall and thin.

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: I have those exact ones with the touring pillion. I seriously think the straps need to be modified though. The pillion (custom, or stock) has trouble clicking on with those bags. My wife doesn't even notice them when she's riding. She's thin and 5'4" They're nice. The bags that is. The saddle bags that is.
 
Did you guys buy the special firebolt bags? or did you get the lightning bags to work? I was told only the firebolt bags will work with my 12r and there is only 1 place in the US with any left. They are $230[confused]. Thanks guys.
 
Does anyone have a pic of just brackets mounted with the bags off? Just want to see if its an eye sore. I really want a pair.
 
Xtremelow I just tried to buy buell fire bolt detachable saddlebags and a buell firebolt tank bag from through buellxb.com and i was checking out but the site did not gve me options for payment type. I tried every thing. What do i do?
