So I was driving down the highway when the bike just died on me. I only noticed the oil light come on so I was thinking, bad oil cooler, low pressure or just plain, the bike got hot. It was about 95 out there. So I found some shade and tried again to start in 20min and nothing. I saw that the fuel pump light never lit. So I checked the fuse and it was blown. Replaced with another 10a and started right up. This happend another 3 times that day. I'm going to put in a service with Harley. Do you guys think it's the fuel pump? Was there an issue with them overheating?

Thanks

When it is 95 deg out you need to keep more gas in your bike to keep from over heating the fuel pump. Are you stock? Iv seen this problem more on stock bike compared to modded and tuned bikes.

I only have a hawk pipe and k&n air filter. I did read those threads about issues over heating. Would the dealer just replace with the same one or different?
